This job required MD Design to design a two
phase project. Phase 1 was to design a more
defined sence of entry by adding a front porch
and give the house an over all face lift. Phase 2
was to design a built in breakfast nook, and
design a new Garage with a Master suite above.

| Original House was a 1,418 Sq. Ft. Home with no garage Added 88 sq. ft. to first floor, 576 sq. ft. Garage, and 685 sq. ft. Master suite with retreat over garage. Totaling 2,191 sq. ft. |

and added new elevated hip roof over
porch with larger tapered stone
